Send a message to the employee, tag premium pay, or attach supporting files from the document vault without leaving the page. HR can upload contracts, policies, and doctor’s notes, assign them to staff, track acknowledgments, and keep everything tied to the right profile—no paper chase required.

Scheduling and coverage are handled in a clean flow. Employees can offer a shift for trade, add constraints, and pick qualified teammates.
